How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the link sent to your email after purchase confirmation. You can also check your order history by logging into your account.

Can I modify my order after it’s placed?

Once your order is confirmed, we’re unable to make changes. If you need to cancel or correct something, please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you offer customer support via phone?

We primarily offer support via email to ensure every detail is handled with care. If your concern isn't resolved, we'll be happy to arrange a call to assist you personally. 

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within Australia.

Return & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange skincare or fragrance products?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns or exchanges on unopened and unused products, in their original packaging, within 7 calendar days of delivery.

What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Simply reach out to our support team with your order number, reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant photos. We'll guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund or exchanged item?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days, and exchanges are shipped within the same timeframe.

Delivery & Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship nationwide across Australia. If you're outside this area and interested in our products, feel free to contact us — we may be able to arrange international shipping soon.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping option. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount — check our homepage or banners for current offers.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number by email, so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

At Tahlia Devic, we believe fragrance is personal — it’s a quiet connection between you and the moment.

With every first purchase, you’ll receive a complimentary Discovery Kit featuring sample vials of our perfumes, creams, and home aromas. This allows you to explore, feel, and find the notes that truly belong to you.

If the scent you originally chose doesn’t feel right, you’re invited to join our Discovery Ritual — a one-time gesture of care where we’ll help you find your perfect match.
Simply share your experience with us, and together we’ll choose a new fragrance that resonates more deeply with you.

You’re welcome to gift your original perfume to someone else — a small act of sharing beauty — and we’ll send your new fragrance free of charge.

This ritual is offered only once per customer, as part of your first experience with Tahlia Devic.

After that, as you already have the Discovery Kit and scent descriptions, all purchases are considered conscious selections.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products, except in the case of manufacturing faults or shipping damage.

Our intention is simple: to make every purchase a sensorial journey — honest, personal, and real.
